How do I open what I bought?

Right after checkout, the thank-you page has a button that opens it. Later, sign in with the email you used at checkout: we email you a one-click link (no password), and everything you've bought is on your My readings page.

Why is my animal different from what I was told?

The Chinese zodiac year doesn't start on January 1. In the Four Pillars system your animal changes at Lichun, the start of spring, around February 4 each year, and the popular Lunar New Year date moves between January 21 and February 20. Charts that only look at your birth year get people born in January and early February wrong. We calculate the exact moment for your birth.

The sign-in email hasn't arrived

Can I save my reading as a PDF?

Yes. Open your reading and press "Save as PDF / print", then choose "Save as PDF" as the printer. It works on phones and computers.

How do I cancel the Monthly Almanac?

On your My readings page, press "Cancel subscription". You can also cancel at clkbank.com or by emailing us. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.

How do I get a refund?

I don't know my birth time

Tick "I don't know". Your year, month and day pillars (including your animal, element and Day Master) don't need it; only the hour pillar does. If you find your time later, make a new chart free.
